8th May 2007 Windsurfing: westward Ho! Wind Direction: wsw Wind Stength: f4 Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Bit of a disappointing day wind wise but still good to get out.Started on 5.0m & 86lt which would plane but not great, so changed up board,same again as the wind seemed to be dropping abit,so eventually up to 5.7m, on the 1st proper planning run i was nearly out the back where the waves were big & the very last 1 wiped me out.spent the next 10mins hanging on to kit & getting big rinsing's. Had about 3hrs sailing shame there wasnt 5-10knts more.... |
